Sippin’ on sugar….




This is a GREAT visual tool that shows how much sugar is in different beverages.  We know that during the summer sugary drinks are so tempting when the kiddos are running around outside (anything to make them happy for a couple moments of peace!;), however sugary drinks drastically raise the risk for cavities.  Of course we don’t expect you to cut out sugary drinks all together (even Dr. Mike doesn’t do that! ;), but try to limit sugary drinks to only 8oz a day- and preferably with a meal.  Our goal is to help you keep your kids cavity free!  Keep up the great work, parents! 🙂
